The common American meat chicken. We have a limited supply and will no longer be growing these birds after these are sold. To find out more, please see our post on the main page about the breed.

Similar to the famous Label Rouge of France. These broilers are a better foraging alternative to the Cornish Cross growing slightly longer and developing a better flavor than the Cornish. They maintain the large breast and are similar in form, making cooking them just as easy as your average chicken!

Capons take much longer to grow developing a rich complex flavor reminiscent of yesteryear and that "real chicken" taste. They are also great for weekday meals as a family.
