Prices & Delivery

All of our poultry is gmo-free, antibiotic-free, free-ranged or net ranged and fed Missouri produced grain.  We currently offer three choices in our poultry:

Cornish Cross, Red Broiler & Heritage Breed Capons.

There is a 10% discount for on-farm pick-up.

Cornish Cross
The common American meat chicken.  We have a limited supply and will no longer be growing these birds after these are sold.  To find out more, please see our post on the main page about the breed.

Whole Chicken   $3.85/lb

Half Chicken   $3.95/lb

Boneless skinless breasts   $11.60/lb

Bone-in Breasts   $8.70/lb

Thigh & Leg pack   $3.90/lb

Wings   $2.95/lb

Seasoned Wing Pack: BBQ or Asian -sold out

Soup Bone Pack   $1.95/lb. (5-6 lb. packs)

Red Broilers:
Similar to the famous Label Rouge of France.  These broilers are a better foraging alternative to the Cornish Cross growing slightly longer and developing a better flavor than the Cornish.  They maintain the large breast and are similar in form, making cooking them just as easy as your average chicken!

Whole Chicken   $4.25/lb

Capons:
Free ranged, Gmo-Free Heritage breed capons are a wonderful addition to your special occasion meal table.  Capons take much longer to grow developing a rich complex flavor reminiscent of yesteryear and that "real chicken" taste.  They are also great for weekday meals as a family. They are our first bird of choice!

Whole $5.99/lb
